Linda Robinson

Linda Robinson oversees the Training Department for CPEhr and Modern HR (www.cpehr.com)(www.modernhr4u.com).  She is responsible for developing human resources training curriculum, facilitating all trainings, expanding the Training Department and providing support to fellow colleagues.

She trains thousands of employees throughout the United States annually and has over 30 years of combined experience in human resources, personnel management and training/ development.

Linda holds a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR), the SHRM Certified Professional certification (SHRM-CP) and Master Trainer designation through ATD. She is a current member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources), PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association) and ATD (Association For Talent Development, formerly American Society for Training and Development).

She has also served on the advisory council for HR.com 2014-2015

The LAAPA is a non-profit organization consisting of dedicated payroll professionals, human resource and financial professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. Our membership represents hundreds of businesses in the Greater Los Angeles area, from the largest industrial firms to small emerging businesses.

 Our goals are to increase the payroll professional's skill level through education, mutual support and to gain recognition for payroll as the professional discipline it has become in today's business and legislative environment.
