Payroll and HR: Building Relationships

Payroll and HR intersect in many ways.  Whether the payroll function rests in HR or in Accounting, the same problems and perceptions pop up again and again.  We can take mindful action to bridge these issues and gaps while partnering proactively.  Common goals exist between the two functions and good communication can ensure productive working relationships.
