Rebecca Harshberger, CPP

Rebecca Harshberger, CPP, provides tax guidance and processing for U.S. employees working both domestically and abroad in the entertainment industry.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and has over 20 years of experience in payroll. Rebecca earned her CPP certification in 1999. She is an active member of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter, where she has taught the CPP preparation course since 2000.
She served as a representative on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC) and, in 2014, was awarded the Meritorious Service Award from APA for her contributions to the advancement of the payroll profession.

Senior Manager, Payroll Tax Planning, AECOM
Helen works for AECOM’s Corporate Tax group as their Senior Manager of Payroll Tax Planning, based in downtown Los Angeles.
She has over ten years of experience in the payroll industry, both in the US and the UK. In her current role, she is responsible for supporting global payroll tax operations, including providing strategic guidance on compensation tax-related matters, reviewing and improving payroll and compensation-related processes, setting payroll tax policy, and coordinating and managing payroll compliance audits.
